UBEU-TN has the history of achievements of best possible service conditions for the employees of Union Bank of India including career progression and welfare measures. UBEU-TN is also playing a pro-active role right from Board of the Bank to remote rural branches to encourage and motivate the employees to contribute in the growth of the Bank.
Face to face interaction with the employees located in distant places is difficult though they need and deserve the accurate information related to their rights and benefits accruing out of the settlements between UBEU-TN and the Bank Management.
